My Marine. :)

 Today I saw my marine. Her name is Logan & she is nothing but an inspiration. I love her to death & have waited over a year to see her! She's been stationed in Japan with little contact. A few friends & herself came up with a plan to bring her home for Christmas & surprise her family yesterday! It worked perfectly! The amount of pride & joy I have in my heart right now cannot be put into words. She doesn't compete with the girls but the boys. She's the best & strives to be better then expected. How can you not look up to someone like her? It's the most wonderful Christmas presents I will receive this year. I love my marine.

Goals.

My goal this new years is to start running. Although, I'm going to start early because my eating habits have gotten out of control! I think my body is set to eat more during the month of December because of Christmas. Now, me saying I'm going to run is a BIG deal. Reason being is I hate it! Not so much anymore, I've been working out & I've gotten to the point where I believe I can run without feeling like I'm dying, rather than the satisfying pain you should feel. Does that make since?lol So, I'm going to try to get the motivation to run&STICK TO IT! ...maybe. :)

What are your goals going to be this year?

Have you ever stuck to a goal that you made? I know I have a hard time with it!

Also, I wanted to share some happy news! My Alexander just got a new car finally! It's beautiful, a Jaguar XK8. Oh, it's so fast, convertible & perfect condition.

I can't wait until summer, driving around with the top down! :)

All I want for Christmas..

is an engagement ring! Haha, I told my boyfriend that I would love a ring for Christmas. How unromantic right? Well, I don't want to be pushy but I would love any type of ring, engagement or not, from him. :) I can't wait until the day I marry him!

Oh the weather..

...outside is frightful. Not snow but rain. It's almost December & it's raining! Thank goodness though, I'm so nervous for the snow. Last winter I had a GMC Jimmy, he was amazing but then he got sick & i sold him. Now I have a Dodge Stratus named Dumbledore. No four wheel drive. A broken strut. Ahhhhh! If anyone knows about Michigan weather it's unpredictable to say the least. About a week ago we had a few flurries and the next day it was 60 degree's and sunny! Maybe we won't have any snow this winter. Ha, no I would miss it, just not the driving through it part. Especially since I can't have snow day's at work, so I'll end up driving through a blizzard & 3 feet of snow. That's what happened last year anyhow. It was also -5 outside and I had no heat in my car. I layered up my clothes to the point I looked like the little boy from "A Christmas Story." lol 

Yep this is what I looked like. 'bout a foot taller though.lol

Does anyone have experience driving cars in the winter? Or is your winter bright & warm? (If so i envy you)

When I'm bored I use Stumbleupon.com! I love it, & I find the most interesting things. I'd like to share some of them with you, but if you rather have me do more make up tutorials..then buy me some makeup! Haha, just kidding. I've basically ran out of a lot & I don't currently have any money to purchase more.. It's the most depressing thing ever. Especially with a shopping addiction like mine. :(

My Face.

Finally found my camera charger and pulled all the pictures off of it, so this may be picture heavy! &since I was bored I'll show you some edited ones too, Picnik really is a great website for photo editing.

 This was right after I had my hair cut! I could have bangs or no bangs! :) 

 Getting ready for work. Blue scrubs, blue eyeshadow! 

Getting ready again! White & purple eyeshadow to match the frogs on my scrubs! :)

I used my E.L.F eyeliner and outlined it with my mark. eyeliner. I love the blue! 

I also used my mark pallett. You can see all the products used below.

Tinted moisturizer. I apply this, then mineral powder. 

I ALWAYS always use this! I don't know how I managed without it before. It holds all day and makes all my colors very vibrant. 

mark. eye shadow palette. Flip over for lip gloss. 

Colors are so rich, i add a drop of water for more vibrancy. 

The outside of the case is a mirror! :D

I found this amazing tutorial on Youtube & I tried it out. Although my camera is not currently up&running (I lost the battery charger..) I attempted to use my web cam to show you! &For warning: I'm not very good at doing my nails so if it doesn't look perfect, well I'm sorry! lol

Hi everyone! I feel like I've been neglecting my blog! :( I have been so busy! &I think I might have gotten sick! One of the down sides of working at a pharmacy, sick people picking up there meds! So, does anyone have any plans for Thanksgiving!? I'm so excited! My grandparents are back in Michigan for a few weeks & I haven't seen them in awhile. We have a tradition of going to the Thomas Edison Inn, a hotel with a really nice restaurant inside. :) I'm also getting early Christmas gifts because afterwards there headed back to Florida!

November!

I can't believe it's November already..seriously. I love Christmas and all but I am so not ready.lol Anyways, I'm sorry I keep promising to do these post & don't! I'm such a slacker! No, actually I'm just working a lot as of late and after I get home I'm tired. I usually don't get home until 9pm. The pharmacy is a busy working environment believe it or not. D: Anyways, I shall move onto the more exciting topics!

This eye shadow is truly wonderful. When I received the colors I didn't know if i'd like it. I tend to stick with bright colors but this combo is actually really pretty. &it's a great pigment.

Harry Potter Halloween!

How was everyone's Halloween?! Mine was great! My best friend & I went trick or treating (yes, i'm nearly 20 years old and I went) & we left a bit late so we basically ran to every house. Afterwards, the community center in the park had free cider & doughnuts. Perfect for after the long run. At least we got our exercise in! &no one even questioned the fact that we were too old to be trick or treating! I suppose it's because we blended in with the 10 year old's. I dressed up as Harry Potter (in a dress?) & Francesca was a Pirate! Someone tried to hit us with there car though. Scariest moment of the night, &I think he was trying to scare us. But we didn't move out of the way (show's you how bright we are) & we had to jump out of the way..
